Its February, which is one of the slowest times of the year for me as a newborn photographer. I like to spend this time going through all my photos from the prior year to update my website with the best newborn photos of 2023.
What I’m looking for in my favorite photos
You might be wondering, what makes these images my favorite? I’m looking for flattering posing, gorgeous lighting, neutral colors, and genuine emotion.
I know, I know, I say the same things over and over, but what I really strive for is consistency with my work. My goal is for you to look at the photos on my website or Instagram. You should know exactly what to expect if you book a session with me.
I try to incorporate something new at each session, whether its a different pose or angle, but generally, what you see here is what you will get. My goal is to create beautiful artwork that you will not only want to share with your friends and family on social media, but also hang on your walls or put into albums to enjoy for years to come. In my opinion, that is what will make these images the best newborn photos of 2023.
One thing you will not see here is the experience I try to give each and every client, behind the scenes. I want this to be as smooth a process as possible, and for you to leave thinking, “that was easy!”
