When I’m not photographing little babies in my studio, I am outside as the best Boston family photographer with my clients, year after year! This, by the way, is my favorite part of being a Boston family photographer, I get to see these families grow over the years–many of whom I started working with before their babies were even born, or just weeks after. What could be more special than photographing these families year after year?
Being asked to photograph families each year fills my heart, which is why I want to share my favorites from last year. You might wonder what I love about these images: genuine connection, natural posing and gorgeous lighting make the best Boston family photographer, in my opinion. Honestly, no matter whether I’m photographing a newborn or a family with older children, the general goal is the same.
Where and when for the best Boston family photographer
One thing you might notice (or maybe not) is that all of these photos were taken at the same location! I have been shooting almost all of my outdoor sessions at the Arnold Arboretum for almost 5 years now. With all those years of experience in one location, I know exactly where to shoot depending on the weather and the season. My goal is to give you the best photos possible.
Spring is ideal for earlier bedtimes and we have cooler temperatures and flowering trees as backdrops. Summer is great for later evening sessions and sunny golden hours. Fall, always popular, is wonderful for New England foliage and tall grasses. You really can’t go wrong with any of the seasons.
